Note: All participants must follow these rules in their sole discretion, or they have the chance to have the match counted as an immediate forfeit. All disputes must provide adequate proof or their match will be counted as an immediate forfeit. Read Carefully!

• ADMIN

1. Admins reserve the right to make any final decisions relating to disputes, mutes, bans, extra proof of no cheating/hacking, griefing, or foul language.

• VOD Requirements

1. All players must stream their gameplay from their PC or Console with VOD enabled, or it will be counted as an immediate forfeit. 
2. You also must have audio and voice chat enabled. You may not use any voice changers. 
3. Players must also leave their VOD's uploaded for 24 hours after tournament match end time.
4.  In case of dispute, VOD’s will always be the only form of proof accepted.
5. If a player cannot provide proof of stream with VOD before match start, their game match will be counted as a loss.

• Disputes

1. Any and all disputes must be handled through Discord. Go to our server https://discord.gg/gQesJ6BFnD , then create a support ticket under the “Support” category. 
2. If any players are caught hacking or cheating, you will be banned immediately from our platform.
3. All players have 15 minutes after scheduled match start to join the hosts lobby, and search for a match, or their match will be counted as a loss and the present team will be advanced.
4. Both teams must be present for 30 seconds after the final player is downed or the game ends. Both teams must ensure both scores. If a player leaves before their match ends, and cannot reconnect, their score up until disconnection will be counted.
5. Each team has 15 minutes after the match ends to submit scores. If a team is AFK, the present team must contact an admin for advancement.
6. In case of a tie, the match will be replayed.

• Lagging/Glitches/Disconnects

1. If anyone starts to lag or glitch, they must disconnect within 30 seconds of the start of lagging. If a player disconnects or there is a dev error, they must submit a support ticket with adequate proof of disconnect or their match will be counted as a loss.

• Account Info

1. All players must have their appropriate name linked to their account before the match starts. It must be an exact match to your game account ID, or your match will be counted as a forfeit.

Objective:

1. Team’s will race to achieve more kills than their opponent. At match end, whichever team has more kills wins. Assist’s do not count towards the team's score.

Terms:

1. Unless there are pre-existing general rules, all available in-game strategies are allowed.

Final Decisions:

1. Any and all decisions made by an admin are final. Let’s play fair and let's have some fun. Begin!

-How to submit a support ticket

To submit an official ticket, please join our discord here: https://discord.gg/gQesJ6BFnD , and create a ticket under the “Support Category.” Once you have submitted your ticket, a support agent will contact you back with the appropriate response. 

If you can speak with an agent live over support chat, that will be the best way to handle most discrepancies.

-How long does it take for withdrawals to transfer to your bank account?

Withdrawals typically take 2-3 days to reflect on your bank account balance. It could be sooner in some cases, but that is the average time it normally takes.

-Can I talk with a live support representative?

Join our Discord and create a ticket under the “Support” category. A support member will reach out to you then move you to a moderated voice chat. Please Note: Any user to make a discrepancy through voice chat will politely be asked to handle it by messaging in support chat. Thank you!

-Are there any free entry tournaments?

Of course! We host free entry tournaments every Wednesday and Sunday. Don't miss them!

-What is the ranking system based off of?

We take our ranked system very seriously. But until we have a ranked XP match model down 100%, we will be using win/loss ratio to see who is the Achilles of Pixel Esports!

-Rules and Requirements

Please make sure to read all the rules before you play in any prized game. Many people don’t read the rules before, break a rule, then get their match counted as a loss.

We offer a variety of different tournaments and cash matches, each has the same subset of general rules. With the only difference being the competition type. Whether that be Kill Race, Last Alive, or Official Tournament Rules.

In Tournaments, you and your team will play to be the last winning team to take the prize home. We have in game match support that is there to help your team succeed in every way possible.

When playing Cash Matches, you will 1v1 the opposing team to take home the cash prize.Just go to the settings pop up, create cash match, then win!
